SUBARU IMPREZA

The Impreza chassis has been more successful in rallying than Subaru's previous contenders. Prior to the introduction of the Impreza into World Rally Championship racing in 1993, the Subaru World Rally Team had fielded its larger mid-size Legacy. However, with the rest of the rally competition increasingly shifting towards smaller and lighter chassis, Subaru introduced the smaller Impreza, immediately achieving a podium on its debut on the 1993 1000 Lakes Rally. To jumpstart its early rally efforts, and to develop the Impreza into a competitive rally car, Subaru teamed up with its current preporatory firm, British motorsports company Prodrive, in 1989.]

Feature car of the day

Mitsubishi Colt

The driving position is impressive and seats are comfortable. Legroom is decent in the rear and there's plenty of headroom, even in the more rakish three-door. Rear seats slide back and forth independently, have a split-fold function and can even, if you're strong enough, be fully removed, complementing the capacious boot. By supermini standards, residuals have remained excellent and the three-year, unlimited-mileage warranty and recovery package adds long-term reassurance. On-the-road prices are keen too, with the quick CZT and frugal diesel looking just as good value as the bargain-priced entry-level models. With such a range of talents, it's not hard to see the Mitsubishi's appeal.

ASIMO - The Honda Technology

Want a robot to cook your dinner, do your homework, clean your house, or get your groceries? Robots already do a lot of the jobs that we humans don't want to do, can't do, or simply can't do as well as our robotic counterparts. In factories around the world, disembodied robot arms assemble cars, delicately place candies into their boxes, and do all sorts of tedious jobs. There are even a handful of robots on the market whose sole job is to vacuum the floor or mow your lawn.

Many of us grew up watching robots on TV and in the movies: There was Rosie, the Jetsons' robot housekeeper; Data, the android crewmember on "Star Trek: The Next Generation"; and of course, C3PO from "Star Wars." The robots being created today aren't quite in the realm of Data or C3PO, but there have been some amazing advances in their technology. Honda engineers have been busy creating the ASIMO robot for more than 20 years. In this article, we'll find out what makes ASIMO the most advanced humanoid robot to date.

Therefore, owning a Honda feels like you are a part of the development of the best humanoid robot. Contact me and own a Honda today!

SAKE BOMB TIPS

INGREDIENTS
14 parts beer
1 part sake

Glass
Pint glass
Shot glass

Drinking the Sake Bomb

  • 1
Order you sake. What kind of sake you use for a sake bomb really is not that important. If you just ask for the house sake, that will be more than adequate for your needs. The only thing about the sake that is important is that you ask for it to be hot. The hotter, the better. It sounds strange, but it works.
  • 2
Get some beer.Again, any beer will do for a sake bomb. Literally, any kind.Although there are some that work better than others. If you are in an Asian restaurant, go with an Asian beer like Sapporo - it is excellent for bombing. Basically you want to use a lighter beer. The more golden, yellow and clear (like a Bud Light) the better it will be with Sake in general. Darker beers don't work as well as they won't combine flavors well with the sake.
  • 3
Pour your drinks. The amount of alcohol you use for each is what makes the drink so good. For the sake, just pour a regular shot of sake in the restaurants small sake glasses. Those will be fine. For beer, you'll have to eyeball it. In general, you don't want too much - as you want the little sake to fully mix with the beer and you have to shoot it, so more is difficult. Give yourself a nice amount of beer, like maybe what you think would be 3-4 big gulps. Measuring on your standard beer glass, about 3-4 inches of beer should be fine.
  • 4
Set up the bomb. There are a few different ways to set it all up. This is where you can get creative. Some people like to place chopsticks on top of their beer glass spread apart about one inch. Then they carefully place the sake shot glass on top of the chopsticks so it balances. This is a great way to do it.Or you can just hold the shot glass in your hand and drop it in all together.Sometimes people will just pour the sake shot into the beer, swirl it and drink it. This is the cleanest and easiest and works just fine - though it is sort of boring.
  • 5
Bomb it.However you decide to set up your bomb, do it all together. Sake bombing is a group activity and everyone should take the shot at once.Count one, two, three! Then everyone should take the shot.If you put the sake on top of the beer glass, pound the table so the sake falls into the beer. Or just drop the shot glass in yourself and then drink the whole bomb all at once. The table will most likely get extremely wet and messy - you've been warned.

ANIME

ANIME
Anime is commonly defined as animation originating in Japan. (アニメ, an abbreviated pronunciation in Japanese of "animation", pronounced [anime] ( listen) in Japanese, but typically /ˈænɨmeɪ/ ( listen) or /ˈɑnimeɪ/ in English.) The definition sometimes changes depending on the context. In English-speaking countries, anime is also referred to as "Japanese animation".

While the earliest known Japanese animation dates to 1917, and many original Japanese cartoons were produced in the ensuing decades, the characteristic anime style developed in the 1960s—notably with the work of Osamu Tezuka—and became known outside Japan in the 1980s.
Anime, like manga, has a large audience in Japan and recognition throughout the world. Distributors can release anime via television broadcasts, directly to video, or theatrically, as well as online.
Both hand-drawn and computer-animated anime exist. It is used in television series, films, video, video games, commercials, andinternet-based releases, and represents most, if not all, genres of fiction. Anime gained popularity in East and Southeast Asia and also attained popularity in various communities throughout the world.

When was the first anime made in japan?
Answer:

The oldest known anime in existence was screened in 1917 - a two minute clip of a samurai trying to test a new sword on his target, only to suffer defeat. (though it was only pictures with a hand showing it)

the first PUBLISHED JAPANESE anime IN JAPAN was ....
