Basically, Myanmar has three seasons – hot, rainy and cool. The winter in Myanmar stays from November till February. During this season, the temperature hovers from 34 degrees Celsius in noon to 19 degrees at night. In Mandalay, the temperature falls to 13 degrees as well. You can expect less temperature in the highlands like Pyin U Lwin and Inle Lake. Naturally, winter is the ideal time for Myanmar travel.
