The first thing that many people think of when it comes to sushi is that it is a raw food. But in truth, not all foods at the sushi bar are raw. The sushi that is raw needs to be well-controlled in order to prevent bacterial growth. As long as raw sushi is cared for properly, there is nothing to worry about.

Sushi is naturally very lean and healthy due to it’s low-fat content. Sushi is generally made of rice, fish, and vegetables. All ingredients in sushi should be exceptionally fresh for best quality.

Although sush is known as being very healthy, it can often be turned into an unhealthy meal. One such way is due to sushi often being wrapped in a white rice roll. White rice is a starch which the body converts into sugar quickly. This type of sushi preparations adds very little nutrients. In terms of healthiness, it is important to have a greater amount of sushi and a lesser amount of roll.

Samsung Galaxy S3

Samsung Galaxy S2 was a great success, and now it is reported that Samsung has been preparing its next version which is Samsung Galaxy S3. This next version is expected to have Exynos 4212 processor with 1.8GHz and an ARM Cortex A9 chip, that is going to offer a 25 percent performance boost and a 30 percent reduction in power consumption. It is most probably going to be powered by Google’s latest OS, which is Android Ice Cream Sandwich. According to rumors Samsung might launch Galaxy S3 with iPhone 5 simultaneously.

NISSAN CIVILIAN BUS

The Nissan Civilian (kana:日産・シビリアン) is a minibus built by Nissan & UD. It is primarily available as city bus and tourist bus.

Nissan Civilian is sold under the Civilian and W41 or W 41 names. It is sold in Japan as Civilian, and several countries in Central & South America. The normal seating capacity is 26 passengers, 2 other passengers seated in individual seats located one behind the rear window and one between the axle and the door, and a driver's seat in front of the windscreen. The Civilian has a unique design in that its steering wheel/driver's seat was located in front of the bus, outside the cabin, operated in a standing position in earlier models.

We’ve seen quite a bunch of transparent phone designs lately, but none of them had the Nokia brand on. Luckily, designer Juan Carlos Garzon created one such Nokia concept, with a touchscreen interface and a transparent display.The lower side of the handset includes the battery, most of the hardware, incorporates the on/off button (front side) and a 5 megapixel camera (at the back). This Nokia concept’s display also emits light, allowing for better usage during night time.

TOYOTA VOLTZ

The Toyota Matrix, sometimes officially referred to as the Toyota Corolla Matrix or also known as Toyota Voltz, is a compact hatchback manufactured by the Toyota Motor Corporation in Canada, to be sold in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. It is considered to be the sporty hatchback counterpart of the North American Corolla and is counted as a variant of it in Toyota's sales figures.

The Matrix is the Toyota version of a joint venture between Toyota and General Motors; the GM version being the Pontiac Vibe, which was assembled by New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc. (NUMMI) in Fremont, California. A third version, also assembled at NUMMI, was sold in Japan from 2002 to early 2004 as the Toyota Voltz. Almost 2000 cars were produced before production ceased. Although the Voltz was sold under the Toyota brand there, the vehicle had the same exterior as the Vibe.

Identical mechanically, and nearly as much internally, the Matrix and Vibe are clothed in different sheetmetal designed by their respective brands. Both vehicles are narrow, yet tall station wagons styled in a quasi-SUV fashion (called a crossover utility vehicle or "CUV" by Toyota) and marketed to a fairly youthful market segment. This type of car is also commonly referred to as a sport wagon.

First sold in February 2002, the Matrix saw a minor facelift for the 2005 model year, and was redesigned completely in 2007, following the new tenth generation Corolla.
