TOYOTA HILUX SURF

The Toyota Hilux Surf (豊田 ハイラックスサーフ Toyoda Hairakkususāfu) is an off-road vehicle manufactured by Toyota, sold mainly in Japan, with large numbers exported as used vehicles to Pakistan, Afghanistan, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia. The original Surf was little more than a Toyota Hilux pickup truck with a fiberglass shell over the bed, but the model has since undergone significant independent development into a mid-size, off-road vehicle.

The Hilux Surf is sold outside Japan, primarily in the United States and Australia, as the Toyota 4Runner. The second generation models were also briefly marketed in the United Kingdom as the Toyota 4Runner. The lines were penned by principal Toyota designer Ian Harold Brown. The first run of Hilux Surf models were built at Toyota's plant in Tahara, Japan, but starting with the third generation models production was split between both the Tahara plant and Hino Motors' Hamura, Japan plant.

For South-east Asia the Hilux Surf was replaced in 2005 by the similar Fortuner, which was also based on the Hilux platform.

YAKINIKU

Yakiniku (焼き肉 or 焼肉), meaning "grilled meat", is a Japanese term which, in its broadest sense, refers to grilled meat dishes.
Today, it commonly refers to a Japanese style of cooking bite-sized meat (usually beef and offal) and vegetables on gridirons orgriddles over flame of wood charcoals carbonized by dry distillation (sumibi, 炭火) or gas/electric grill. In North America, mainland China and Taiwan, Yakiniku is also referred to as "Japanese barbecue"[1] while in Japan it is usually described as Korean cuisine.[2]
In a yakiniku restaurant, diners order several types of prepared raw ingredients (either individually or as a set) which are brought to the table. The ingredients are cooked by the diners on a grill built into the table throughout the duration of the meal, several pieces at a time. The ingredients are then dipped in sauces known as tare before being eaten. The most common sauce is made of Japanese soy sauce mixed with sake, mirin, sugar, garlic, fruit juice and sesame.[3] Garlic-and-shallot or miso-based dips are sometimes used.

Jingisukan.

Meat for yakiniku.

Ogatan, Japanese charcoal briquettes made from sawdust.

Etymology
After officially being prohibited for many years, eating beef was legalised in 1871 following the Meiji Restoration[4] as part of an effort to introduce western culture to the country.[5] The Emperor Meiji became part of a campaign to promote beef consumption, publicly eating beef on January 24, 1873.[6][7] Steak and roasted meat were translated as yakiniku (焼肉) and iriniku (焙肉), respectively, as proposed western-style menus in Seiyō Ryōri Shinan published in 1872,[8] although this usage of the former word was eventually replaced by the loanword sutēki.
Jingisukan (ja:ジンギスカン, the Japanese transliteration of Genghis Khan), is a style of grilling mutton, which is also referred to as a type of yakiniku. The dish was conceived in Hokkaidō, where it has ever since been a popular blue-collar dish, but has only recently gained nationwide popularity. The name Jingisukan is thought to have been invented by Sapporo-born Tokuzo Komai, who was inspired by grilled mutton dishes inManchuria. The first written mention of the dish under this name was in 1931.[9][10]
Ventilated barbecue systems, introduced by Shinpo Co., Ltd. in March 1980,[11] quickly spread throughout Japan as it enabled diners to eat Yakiniku in a smoke-free environment and thus greatly extended the clientele.
The popularity of yakiniku was given a further boost in 1991 when the easing of beef import restrictions led to a drop in the price of beef.[12]However the industry was dealt an unprecedented blow in 2001 with the occurrence of BSE (mad cow disease) within Japan.

KEI OOMORI`S RESEARCH

African Customer`s Choice
Animated Gif Cars (44)
Used cars can prove to be great investments provided potential customers conduct proper research before choosing a vehicle to buy.
This is very important because being impulsive can be costly. The demand for used cars has increased for a few simple reasons,

1. New Car prices are through the roof.
2. High Interest Rates means people tend to look for cheaper alternatives.
3. With the price of fuel rising at an alarming rate motorists are wanting to save money by downscaling.
This has proportionately increased the number of used car dealers who take advantage by trading dubious and faulty used cars by categorizing them as affordable!

Make the Comparison
Prior to finalizing a used car deal, customers should indulge in comparison shopping to find the best used car brands.
In South Africa we are very brand loyal and it applies to used cars as well. The best used cars are likely to be those that are seen most on the roads. This is the simplest method customers can use when selecting their next used vehicle.
A few points were taken into consideration when choosing the best used cars to buy in South Africa and they are in no particular order:
Price
Value for Money
Maintenance Costs
Parts Availabilty
Resale Value
Obviously price is important but it is just one of many factors to consider. How much car you get for your money is important too but can be a double edged sword, as the more technically advanced a used car is the greater the likelyhood of it being expensive to maintain.
And as a seller in Prosper Company ltd.,
I asked some of my friends and customer in Africa regarding the car that they want.

Osaka Castle by JUN

The Osaka Castle is one of the famous castles located in Japan and it was built in 1583 by Toyotomi Hideyoshi. The tower at Osaka’s castle is used as storeroom. The castle is constructed on a platform standing on the walls supported on a rock. The castle at the center is of five stories from outside and eight stories from inside and it was constructed on a high stone in order to safeguard from enemies.
Size and Construction Plans
Osaka Castle covers an area of about 15 acres, among them, the Japanese government has declared thirteen structures as ancient cultural property which also includes Toyokuni Shrine. In the year 1583, Toyotomi Hideyoshi started the construction at Ishiyama Hongan-ji temple site. Toyotami first thought of constructing castle that mirrored Oda’s, but it never happened. The idea of the building was changed later to construct a five stories and three more stories below it, and a gold leaf was placed on the top of the tower. In the year 1585, the inner tower was constructed and later the castle was expanded making it stronger to withstand attack over it. In the year 1598, Hideyoshi died, at the same time, the construction of the castle was completed and later on, the castle was handed over to Hideyoshi’s son, Toyotomi Hideyori.
Floors Plan
In the castle, the main entrance makes a way unto ground floor. The building is a eight floored Museum which is held in reverse mode i.e., starts at last floor and ends at 2nd floor. There is also a mini theater in 1st floor. As per Osaka’s castle, the 8th floor comes first. This floor consists of some colored paints and also Naniwa port can be viewed from this floor. In the 7th floor during the rule of Toyotami Hideyoshi, history at that time of the Osaka castle can be seen. At the walls in the 7th floor, Hideyoshor, the display pictures of Hideyoshi can be seen. And moreover in this floor, Osaka Castle history is elucidated and also changes happened under the rule of Hideyoshi can also be seen. The next floors i.e.,5, 6th floors shows the ending rule of Toyotami and rise of Tokugawa, and that period was known as transition period. This period shows the battle between the families for gaining power. The last floors i.e.,3rd, 4th floors shows the materials during the reign of Hideyoshi Toyotami and also the stages of Osaka Castle during the time of Toyotami and Tokugawa. There are more than 8000 artifacts displayed here, the life of Hideyoshi Toyotami is also shown here.
Changes Through Time
During the battle by the Toyotami forces, the Osaka castle was damaged heavily and again it was rebuilt by Tokugawa. In the year 1660, the castle was severely burned as the gunpowder exploded causing a severe damage to the tower. Again in 1925, the tower was brought back into existence, and again in 1945 bombings damaged the restored tower, the government restored back in 1995 and in 1997 it was brought back to existence again. The Osaka castle is now a famous tourist attraction and it is open to public.
