JAPANESE PIZZA

"Okonomiyaki" is often described as a "Japanese Pizza" and
it is a light meal which is especially popular people in Osaka.
Finely chopped cabbege,sliced pork and beef,fish and shellfish are blended into the batter which is used as a base and mixture it then poured on the hot iron plate.
Once it is cooked well, a special blended sauce is brushed on top,
a further topping of dried bonito will be applied and then ready to be eaten.(^-^)/
